Derivation of familiar conflicts by asking the group: my conflicts.
A theoretical introduction: sources and reasons for conflicts as well as different conflict resolution strategies.
Analysis of conflict resolution strategies in one’s own person and when interacting with others.
Transactional analysis as instrument for conflict recognition, avoidance and resolution.
Practical exercises on conflict resolution and personal action plan on conflict behaviour.

Target group of the seminar?

Everyone who experiences conflicts in his/her professional and/or private surroundings and wants to overcome or resolve them and who in addition wants to learn more about him-/herself as a person.

After the seminar?

You know your own strategies in dealing with conflicts and are able to apply extended courses of action in concrete cases.
